Shipping
We deliver New Zealand wide at the below rates, all shipping is tracked.
Local (Wanaka, Albert Town, Hawea, Luggate, Cardrona) - FREE
Local Outer (Queenstown, Cromwell, Alexandra) - $7.70
South Island $10
North Island $15
Rural delivery is an extra $5.
Signature required delivery can be arranged upon request. Please message/ email us.
Delivery timeframes
The urban delivery timeframe is 3-5 working days and the rural delivery timeframe is 4-6 working days. But please note we take no responsibility should there be a delay in your delivery time due to unforeseen circumstances.
We do not ship to P.O boxes.
We endeavor to ship all orders within 2 business days of their confirmation, however, we take no responsibility should we be unable to do this for any reason. We do not ship on Sat/ Sun or Public Holidays.
It is your responsibility to select the correct shipping option at checkout. If you select the incorrect option we will contact you to confirm your details and any outstanding fees, which will delay your order.
Deliveries
We offer delivery free of charge in our local area which includes: Wanaka, Albert Town, Hawea, Luggate, and of course Cardrona.
Occasionally we will be able to offer free delivery to other areas such as Queenstown, Cromwell and Alexandra and communicate this on our Instagram page. You are also welcome to message or email us to see if other delivery options are possible.
Pick-ups
If you are heading through the Cardrona Valley and wish to pick up your order you are welcome to upon arrangement. Select ‘Free Local Delivery’ at checkout and then send us a message/ email with your travel plans and we will arrange for you to collect.
