Terms of Service

These terms and conditions outline our obligations as a service provider and your obligations as a customer. It is your responsibility to ensure you have read and understood these. By continuing to use our website you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to them.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse to accept or cancel any order. We accept no responsibility or liability should we be unable to supply any products ordered for any reason. If you have been charged we will issue you a refund within 3 business days.

Pricing

We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time, without notice. All prices stated on our website are in NZD and include Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Shipping

We only ship within New Zealand. Rural delivery is extra. All shipping is tracked. Urban delivery timeframe is 3-5 working days, rural delivery timeframe is 4-6 working days. We do not ship to P.O boxes.

We endeavor to ship all orders within 2 business days of their confirmation, however, we take no responsibility should we be unable to do this for any reason. We do not ship Sat/ Sun or on Public Holidays.

Although we will always strive to deliver your order in a timely manner, we take no responsibility should there be a delay in your delivery timeframe due to unforeseen circumstances or those out of our control.

It is your responsibility as the customer to select the correct shipping option at checkout. If you select the incorrect option we will contact you to confirm your details and any outstanding fees, this will delay your delivery.
